As an Energetic Body Worker for more than 20 years John is able to assess each client and determine the best modality or combination to help them connect with their inner healer, their divine consciousness.
While most people have some level of understanding or familiarity with the individual modalities he uses; massage, pilates, cranio-sacral therapy, and somatoemotional release, it is his intuition and the extraordinary understanding of body he brings to the practice that accelerates the healing process and sets him apart from other body therapists.
The depth of peace and healing on all levels is accelerated by integrating this state of consciousness, Yoga Nidra, into sessions. Yoga Nidra goes beyond the mind into deeper levels of stillness and silence that allows a recognition of a true nature that is not just a body and a mind. It becomes a safe place to face issues that may be preventing growth or may manifest on a physical level, causing discomfort or dis-ease.
In massage the muscles tell a story. Once the body begins to relax, stuck energy begins to release. In those areas where the muscles are still holding tension or where energy is stuck, there is often a story that accompanies it. John gently guides the individual to be able to release the story so the body can relax and become receptive to its own healing energies.
