Over five days on the sacred land of Esalen, where the ocean meets the cliffs and the ancient hot springs invite deep surrender, we will rest into our true nature through yoga nidra, movement, meditation, and self-inquiry. This is not about becoming better, fixing yourself, or achieving some future state of peace. It is about remembering—coming home to the vast, open awareness that is always here.
Yoga Nidra is a profound guided meditation that uses the body’s biological sleep process to dissolve stored tension—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Without effort or struggle, you are invited to let go of old conditioning, step out of habitual patterns, and rest in the simplicity of presence.
Through this practice, you are not escaping life—you are learning to meet it fully. To experience emotions as they arise, without resistance. To release the past, not by force, but by seeing that it was never who you indeed were. To live with clarity, not from the unconscious pull of conditioning, but from the vast stillness of your true nature.
All you have to do is show up, lie down, and let go—Yoga Nidra will do the work.
